  • BrandHub (opens in a new tab): the ordering platform 120 resellers run their business on. five portals: resellers, their customers, suppliers, warehouse and finance. i wrote 450+ user stories (that's a lot of "as a user") across 40+ sprints and led 25 releases that took 70+ modules live.
  • AI incident portal: live since May 2026, sorts out about 20 of 30 reports a day. print.com uses it too. external validation, love that.
  • Bolify: pulls Shopify and Bol.com sales into Dutch tax reporting every quarter. it replaced weeks of matching two spreadsheets by hand, which should honestly be illegal. 5% of rows need a look.
  • Invoicing platform: in build. it handles manual and system-generated invoices end to end.
